At the begining of each year, I always manage to make so many goals that I end up overwhelming myself before I even start, as we all do. This year I want to keep focused on my goals by being more efficient and productive with each task I do. One way is to not over commit myself and to say "No" and not feel guilty when I do. Another way will be to limit my exposure to the amount of TV watching and surfing the Internet. I need to do things that are good for me and not the things that make me feel good - (Thanks Dad! I finally got it).
My goals for the year include: loosing more weight but slowly, increasing my muscle strength, walking, jogging, bicycling, kayaking and practicing Yoga, eating healthy and avoing processed foods as much as I can.
So, if you would like to go for a brisk walk, a bicycle ride or spend the afternoon or evening Kayaking, then let's get together.
